My neighbor set up his 1250 gallon water tank that is fed by his well.
Well will consistently pump 35 gallons a minute for 5 minutes every 12 hours.
He set up a timer that that runs the pump for 3 minutes every 12 hours to add 100 gallons to the tank each time.
Landscape and Garden are 80 feet above storage tank and presently set to work off city water at 80 psi.
We have mandatory rationing so that is why he wants to utilize the well his father had begun to develop 35 years ago, also during water rationing.
What kind of pump/pressure system is needed to use the 200 gallons of water he gets each day to water the yard with the existing automatic sprinkler system.
Many of the booster pumps seem to be around 40 psi and he has 80 vertical feet to pump the water before it can be used.
