Iron horse imports rebadged Jinmas. I think they're the same as the NorTrac brand. They are...crude by today's standards. They have extremely weak 3pts for their weight. A Kubota
L2501 weights ~2500 lbs and can pick 1389 lbs at 24 inches back from the pins. The Jinma 284, according to Tractordata, weighs ~3000 lbs and can only pick up 875 pounds at 24 inches.
That age, hours, and no FEL I'd say 3-4K would be a fair asking price, depending on your area's market. Figure another 500-1K for the FEL.
Parts availability is going to be a question, since there's very few dealers in the US that carry Jinmas
If there's no FEL you might be better off looking at older tractors from big names in that price range, like Case 454s, Ford 2000s, and other such "low buck" tractors. They might be older, but the parts are usually much more available.
