Greetings from N. California. Pilot Hill, to be exact. Pop. 642. I live on 10 acres and after 25 years here just got around to buying a used 2002 Kubota B21. Got it all painted up, rust removed and now it's ready for some action. Got a two mile gravel road to maintain as well as some around-the-house chores. Until lately, my neighbor has been maintaining the roads but now he is getting up in years and ready to slow it down and so by conscription, I am now the MAN. I wish my neighbors would come out of their houses now and then to help keep the roads up and so I could see what they look like but I think they're too glued to their iPads to do that. 
Oh well, I get to drive a tractor and they don't.
