Internet traffic report - CoVid-19

Just reported a few days ago that all of the streaming sites (Netflix, hulu, Amazon Prime, etc) world wide are reducing the quality of videos from 4K and 8K down to 720dpi or less to keep from breaking the backbone of the internet due to traffic congestion of everyone staying at home (work, schooling/education, entertainment). I new that the major players were misleading with statements of "we have enough capacity and bandwidth to handle the situation". So here come the caps and limits people!!!!

I was surprised at not having a single pause for loading streaming data, during the March break. Never noticed any lack of quality on Net Flicks. In truth, I don't think most people would even notice.

What I read said the throttling was only in Europe...
