International Machinery Corp 3pt spreader

Just purchased a 3pt spreader at auction on the cheap. It is a International Machinery Corp model 1010. I am having trouble locating any info about it such as manuals, drawings, parts, etc. Anyone have any experience with this company? Have they gone out of business? Did someone else manufacture their equipment for them? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
