International 430 Knotter Problems

We have an International 430 baler and what it does is the knotter ties over and over without stopping to let the bales form. All it does is spit out a continuous bale and a continuous piece of string.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the needles aren't being tripped. Check the bale length control mechanism and the trip clutch that activates the needles.
