Hello,
I recently acquired an International 240A industrial tractor, more specifically the PL model with the torque converter transmission, 3 cyl diesel engine and loader. The tractor is mostly complete but unfortunately the person I got it from started to take it apart to clean it up. I have ordered and looked through the 4 manuals I could find on this tractor, specifically the torque converter transmission manual, service manual for the 240A, operators manual for the 240A and the D179 engine manual. None of the manuals show any linkage connections. This is my problem. The person apparently disconnected the linkage and misplaced some parts that connect the transmission L-N-H linkage and the F-N-R linkage. Does anyone have a pic of how the linkage is hooked up? Unfortunately the linkage is below the seat cover on the left hand side but I'm hoping someone have have one opened up so the linkage can be seen. Any help would be appreciated.
