Internal Shifters on Hydralics in MF165 is not good.

I have a MF165. The hydraulics was repaired and the oil pressure is good. However, the hydraulics is not working properly. My mechanic said the rollers on the internal shifters is bad. Can I source the internal assembly that controls the internal hydraulics.
