Intellitrak Drive System (Bobcat 2200, Cub Cadet, Carryall 295, Husqvarna HUV4421D)

Anyone would have experience with its intellitrak drive system? I have a 2009 Bobcat 2200 with intellitrak and it seems that the drive system will not engage in winter conditions when driving under 12 to 15 inches of snow. Looks like the rear end locks in and since it is running without too much forces it would not engage the front end? Any help would be usefull as I'm going to buy snow tracks.

The system is the same on Cub Cadet Carryall 295, Bobcat 2200 and Husqvarna HUV4421D
