Instrument panel - 2516 hst

how does one get to the lamps behind the instrument panel on a Mahindra 2516 HST? Glow plug light does not work and glow plugs are good.

That would be your glow plug relay or the fuse

or do you mean they are doing their job but just no light

most of them are fixed one piece panels..

correct voltage to plugs, correct resistance on each plug. I just do not know how to get to the lamp to check if it is good.

My bad I lied... looked it up and there should be screws on the bottom of the dash that hold the cover a plate then board together.. the bulbs are also listed in parts book.

cant tell for sure but looks like the scuttle around the tank cap, and dash panel as to be taken off also

thinking you are right... I already loosened the screws holding the cover plate and seemed to still be tight at the top. I will try tomorrow... thanks. Another note, does this model have a fuel shut off valve?

Got the scuttle off the gas tank cap but still couldn't get the instrument panel off but evidently, a mouse had found its way in through one of the front slots and built a nest up in that corner of the dash. No way to get to it other than digging it out with screw driver and needle nose... back breaking! Anyhow, after all cleaned out, all is well... lamp works.
btw... no fuel shut off valve on this model. 2011 2516 HST
