Loader Installing Tree Shear on John Deere 300C or 300CX loaders.

Hello;

First can you direct me to shear manufacturers so I can get a better idea on what's available? I found Power Trac.

Do any of you have a shear mounted to a JD 300C 0r 300CX loader? How did you do it? The shears I've found have skid steer mounting and require a special adapter. One from JD is $536 and one from Shear manufacurer is $8??. I have not found a good picture showing what these things look like but the picture in the JD attachments catalog makes it look quite basic.

I guess I need to take a trip to a Skid Steer dealer and have a look at their mounting system and take some pictures.
