The second photo sort of shows you how it's done....you must split/cut the steel line... add compression fittings... second ...get your hydraulic hoses made up....and then connect them up to your new valve... just remember for an ISEKI you have a valve built internaly...so you take the one marked "T" from the side of your new valve which be the large threaded output for which you buy a power beyond fitting PB...please chime in guys.....take care Ampa <>

Ampa - A couple of months ago we discussed cleaning the suction screen filter. I took some pics and emailed them to you of my G152. You did not think your machine was the same. By golly after looking at pic #2, it is right there! Look at the large line running under H-L range lever. It goes to a "cylinder". The suction screen is located in the "cylinder".

By the way, nice job!

So if I take out the one bolt is there a gasket or "O" ring under the plate...if it has a formed type paper type gasket I know I'll probley have a problem gettin' it...so could I just use some Form a Gasket that comes in a tube ?....anyhow this is good info...what would be uder the side plate with the 3 bolts just below the banjo conector ? just curious....thanks take care Ampa <> :)

Yes, Take that one bolt out and you can work the line around and should be able to get the metal strainer, "filter", out. It has been a while but I think it may be an O-ring type seal. For sure I never messed with any gasket.

Not sure what you are referring to regarding the side plate.

Ampa if I am looking at the correct item, it is a manifold cover. I have the factory hydro kit for the dozer blade and that is where the hydraulics tap into the system. That cover comes off and is replaced with a cover that has fittings for the hydraulic lines to connect to.

Thanks Storm56....I'm thinkin' your correct ....the only problem be..... hard to get parts for this tractor as it is.... let alone try and order something(part) that was maybe an option when these tractors were built brand new back in the mid 80's.:D unless someone one on this ISEKI forum site has a used one they may want to (sell) part with :D...

I can't see any problems as of yet to the way I have it connected and ready for the new hydraulic hoses to be custom made and installed.....for which I've been takin' my sweet ol' time on doin' the mearsurements to get this project all completed/finished so I can get to testing it out :)....

mearsurin' was always my weakest subject :D...another reason be... I don't know if they (store) go by the standard measure or do they use the new(to me) metric system.... all I know is ....I'll be mearsurin' this all up in feet and inches..... too heck with this new :confused2: metric system....any mistakes will be their fault (store) measuring converting feet and inches to metric....

The fittings they sold me (store) are the use once type... plus @$15.00 plus tax each... I can't afford to buy them all over again....they(store) informed me they always allow an extra foot on all cut lengths...I'm not really too sure if the extra is of no charge though...it could be for their benifit for mistakes on cut lengths :confused2:...once again Storm56..... thanks for the latest info and as always .... take care Ampa <> :)

Hi Storm if you can and I would really appreciate....post a pic of that optional manifold cover you have installed as long as the rear axle on your tractor be somewhat the same as my ISEKI G-174 :D....

this may help in finding a good used one from someone private or a dealer on this ISEKI forum section :D... and if the cost including shipping to Canada..... as it looks quite small plus not too heavy a part/item was reasonable enough..I'd go for doin' this...

I'm quite sure it be better than cutting and tapping into the original banjo connecter below it on the rear axle side...I probley will have to reconnect the original steel line.... or if I didn't use the onboard 3 pt hich hydraulics install a plug or cap to the threaded opening for which I would need this cap or plug as well.... I don't intend to use my 3 pt hitch ever again :)...

I'm thinkin' very serious these past few days of selling my 3 pt hitch since I've removed it and don't any idea where to store it in my small garage area..... mind you.....except for the hydraulic valve and cylinder/ram that's built inside the rear axle casting/housing.....unless It could be removed real easy like... without causing a major mechanical problem inside the rear axle :D....

this whole 3 pt hitch including the arms is quite big and awkward and kinda' heavy..... so shipping from Canada to the USA may creat a bit of a cost($$$) :D problem?...maybe not! :).... as some kind of dollar figure could be worked out between me and a very made up in mind confirmed/interested buyer :D ......thanks in advance.... Ampa <>
