Ingersoll 4020 Electric PTO Not working

Recently I changed the main belt (PTO to Deck) on my 4020, about 15 mins later the belt popped off along with disconnecting the line (where it clips together) to the pto
After putting the belt back on and tightening it like i should have in the first place and re-connecting the clip i jumped back on, started it up, flipped the pto switch NADA..
So after checking and rechecking the line I can't seem to figure this one out. Any suggestions??
