Hi I did see the parts on another Rhino page, the parts some one said abt 600.00 for the parts, I have worked on hyd before and I could build it with a top of the line ram and hoses for 400.00 but I need to know the specs all that Rhino says on the part it is a 16"" ram and I would have to buy it at a dealer , thanks Mark

I have a Rhino 850.
I just went and looked, but can’t find any identification on the cylinder.
I can measure the retracted length as that is how I park it. But I have no plans on hooking it up and extending.
Bore size? - No clue. Any way for me to find out (without disassembly? Lol.) I assume this is only important depending on how “loaded up” the blade is when you try to change angle? Dirt or snow?
Pin size? - excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean? The diameter and length of the pins at both ends that attach cylinder?

Here’s a couple pics

Hmmm...... I have a Rhino 950 - 8 ft. If your Op manual shows a 16" hydraulic ram - it shows more than mine. Mine has three pictures - attachment of tilt, swivel & pivot hydraulic rams. No length nor size. There must be an added Op manual if you choose to purchase hydraulics. I suggest a call to the dealer.

Hi yes the pin diameter and if you could get the shaft size behind the yoke and the ram outside diameter and retracted center to center of pin on the ram that would be great the rod size you can find by bending a piece of wire in a u and using it like a caliper and the outside of the ram tube coat hanger wire works good Thanks very much Mark and thanks for the reply

I think you could "eye ball" the cylinder tube with a tape measure, then subtract 1/4". I am guessing 3"-4", probably 3 1/2"

You could measure the rod size of the other cylinder that is not fully retracted. I'll guess, 1 1/2", or 1 3/4"

For extended length he could just add 16" to your retracted length measurement. Probably 31 1/2"

I am guessing for pins, he wants diameter and working length. Probably 1" diameter x 2 3/4"

It will be used mostly for snow and light gradeing on my drive way

Total cylinder length is 26-1/2”, from pin center to pin center “as is” retracted, (my cylinder might be extended 1/2”, see above pics)
Cylinder tube length, from inside end plate to end plate is exactly 18”.

The SS cylinder that extends/retract is 1-3/4” diameter.

Pins are: 1” diameter, 3-1/2” total length, cotter pinned on both ends, pin hole is probably 1/8” from each end.
