Mowing Info on older JD rotary mower models?

Anyone have info on the old JD 3pt rotary mowers. JD online parts only has blades and some bolts. This is a photo of the VIN plate on the one I just got. Thanks for any info.

That is a JD 307 #1.Almost the same as mine.Blades and bolts/nuts are the same. On the first page of this thread,one of the menbers had put up a link on JD parts.com that show the complete break down for free. You didn't have to buy a owners manual.

I must not have done a very good job navigating the JD parts website. All I could find is a list of blades and bolts.

Did I read that right? Yours is serial number 001? That's one that JD might like to have back for their museum!

In truth I was kinda wondering how I ended up with SER. NO. 001 myself, thinking it meant serial number. I did figure out how to find the parts list on JD's website, but I found the answer to the SER. NO. thing in a 1967 Gyramor 307 parts catalog that states:

AN EXPLANATION OF SERIES NUMBERS
Individual serial numbers are not assigned to each Gyramor. Instead a series number is used: i.e., 01. Each machine bears this series number until a design change is made.
After the design is changed, the series number is changed, i.e., 02, and every machine of the improved design bears this number until the next design improvement.
