The 855D is still the only Gator I could see myself buying to replace my Kubota....it looks like a really nice play and work toy.

They are nice machines. I priced one prior to buying the RTV 900 XT. Nearly $2000 higher for similar one to the RTV 900 and it still has the CVT. CVTs are good, just not what I wanted. They do ride smooth.

I still can't believe John Deere put a China made gasoline engine in the new gator. I hope it works out good.

I would definately go with the 855D, seems to be a lot of kubota fans. I used an RTV at my work years ago when they first came out and really didnt like it. Have they made them better? I really didnt like the way it drove...so from my experience I would go with the gator and have to have a diesel. Those new ones look pretty nice!
