Illegal to buy gas?

Does anyone else experience this? We have trucks, tractors, gators, etc. I like to keep the tanks full, the tractors are always fueled and ready ... EXCEPT my wife's 03' 1500 Ram, I swear she thinks its illegal for her to buy Gas!

Everytime we decide to use it, which is very seldom, its an 03' with 22K miles, its near EMPTY!! When I ask her why she fails to stop and put gas in she gives me that puppy dog look and simply replies ... "I forgot Honey" or "I was in a hurry to get back in to help you"

Its it law that its illegal for a woman to purchase Gas?

I think they must be sisters!!

Yesterday, I am in my shop, she walks up there tells me she needs somthing at the store and throws out that good one .. "do you need anything honey?" Then she hops right up there in my one ton dually, an 04' with 72K miles and off she goes!!!

Must be! Here at my house, the only time the womem put gas in a vehicle is when the low fuel light comes on. My wife once burnt the low fuel lightbulb out in a '79 Corvette that she drove to work everyday. When the lightbulb would come on, she would stop and put $5.00 worth of gas in it.(almost a quarter of a tank). Then two days later she would have to do it again. Used to drive me crazy. My MIL who has to have her gas pumped for her, is on the opposite end of the spectrum. If the guage almost gets to half a tank, she has somebody make a special trip to the station to fill her car up. Usually she gets someone to top it off before it reaches 3/4 tank. Between the two of them, a compromise would be nice!
I threatened to take the car keys away from anyone who parked a vehicle in the yard with the low fuel light on, which is why they don't do that!

I just asked my wife why she drives my dually so much. She said I like that big truck! I suggested we trade her wanna be truck in for a dually! She almost lost it!!

She said no way do I want a farm truck!!??

When this low fuel tank is discovered who gets to pay for the fill up?

Put some lift kits on hers and larger tires, she may like that?

Mine runs both tanks down to empty all the time. Last year she finaly ran my diesel dry too and boy was I mad. I was right around the corner from her and told her to sit tight and wait for me but some stupid cop offered to help before I got there. He put in 1 gallon for her then got in and cranked it for nearly 5 minutes she said. CONTINUOUSLY!
I would have beat him senseless if I'd seen that.
All they had to do was wait for me. I get these powerstrokes running all the time with no more than 2 or 3 seconds or cranking.
