IH SMD single to dual Hydraulic conversion w/ behlen power steering

Hi, I attempted to convert my SMD with single hydraulics to a dual hydrulic (christmas tree)configuration. The tractor has a Behlen power steering unit run off the tractors haudraulic system (worked fine originally). I plumbed the pressure side of hydraulics to power steering then T'ed off to inlet for dual valve. Nothing works now! Is this because I have two center system hydraulic units in tandem or something? I'm Lost! And my IH Case shop is too. Is some other valve needed? The Charlynn PS systems run directly off the engine so wouldn't conflict. Need some help from the wise and experienced!!!
