ID this Ford? Backhoe attachment

Can anyone point me in the right direction on the make and model of this backhoe attachment? The son of the former (deceased) owner is telling me its a Ford. All I can find is where it appears the tag was, but no other earmarks. Any and all ideas appreciated! (It is on a Case 530CK with a Case Model 32 loader).
