Took the TC24DA in to have diff. lock repaired under warranty and they sent me home with this, a JD 4700. The guy said, "I know its not blue and its a LITTLE bigger than your 24 but at least you will have a tractor.

Blue, green, whatever!

I would go buy a can of blue paint and bring it back to him blue and tell him how much you have increased the value.:p

If my dealer gave me a loaner it could be any color. As long as it would do the job, I'm a happy.:cool:

I agree with everyone else. As long as it's not an old 8N with no brakes and a slipping clutch, I would be very happy.:)

Sounds like a good dealer. They are few and far between.
