Seller had originally listed a B2400 with loader and mmm on a online for sale site for 5,800 in non-running condition, I couldn't justify it at that price. My dad said I should lowball, I did and seller accepted $4,500, this was a sign of things to come.
Yesterday I go to look at it and maybe pick it up, here's what I found that wasn't in the original posting or the pictures:
It really sucks because tractors are like gold here, I need one for many projects around the house/business, and I can get the wife to sign-off on paying more. I've fixed 2 other broken tractors this summer and made a profit but it was too far gone.

- Rust and crudely welded repairs in many places
- not a single good piece of sheet metal
- seller was actively painting it with a "kubota color matched" rattle can but the color was too red and flat somehow making it even worse
- key ignition dangling
- dash cowling cracked in many places
- flat front tire
- bent lift arm
- bent in front lip on the mmm with the mmm wheels missing huge chunks
- the bucket was split along the bend at the bottom-back of the bucket somehow (and the top of the bucket was bent all to heck)
- engine cranked weakly but didn't fire, sounded like only one cylinder had compression
- loader wasn't mounted to the tractor, I don't know how we ere going to load it on the trailer without it rolling on the tractor
