Here in southern LA, we are 15" below in rainfall for the year...this doesn't include the past 2 years worth, or so I'm told.

It's drier than a desert bone here. We watch the news, see what's happening in Tejaz and wish some of it would blow this way. I never thought I'd say this, but it seems we need a tropical storm to blow through the gulf to bring us some quality rain...
