As I was climbing off the tractor, the joystick caught on the cuff of my shorts.
I guess that a full load of 235 pounds of operator is a bit more than it was designed to stand /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Seen it happen a couple times. Sometimes you can save it by not trying to pop it back in but rather taking it apart and reassembling it. Sometimes you will need to buy a repair kit if the damage is bad enough.
I know that I messed it up a whole lot worse by wiggling on it after it first happened. I took it apart and found that the platic ball that had popped out was all mashed up because of the wiggling I did.
I am glad to hear that there is a repair kit. I was afraid that I might have to buy the whole assembly if I couldn't get the right piece.

Your lucky the exit stage right only caught on the cuff of your shorts, /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Anyway it's an easy fix with the new ball end. Gary
Yea, I learned I was ambidexterous- catch either the joystick or the shift lever. Came very close to landing face first. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
