A couple of questions...

1) How cold is it in the woods of north Idaho today?
2) Why is the ROPS folded with a loader full of weight in hilly territory?

Be safe and stay warm!!!

Looks to be a fine day for getting out and getting things done ! It's nice to have the company and the help from a good piece of equipment ." if only they could talk, what story's they would tell".

any chance to get a close-up of your chainsaw mount?

the BX platform really doesn't have much space for adding accessories but it would be great to carry a smaller chainsaw with me. 4shorts made a nice one if i remember correctly.

i'm thinking of picking up a 3ph carry-all from TSC and setting it up for carrying various tools that i often need when working with the tractor. chainsaws, rakes, shovels, etc...

hi there from Athol Idaho. Was up thru oldtown last week.

Nice 36F degree day here today. not bad for a January day. I have alot of logging to do after the ice/wind damage of December, but im too lazy to do it right now. maybe come spring

I did the same thing yesterday. It seems like I'm spending my days off (when it's not raining) pulling dead trees up off of the side of the ridge and cutting them up. I have to haul them up to the house and split and stack 'em. I carry my tools in the loader and pile them up near a standing tree so I can find them.

I'd guess same reason as me, it gets in the way and takes out low hanging limbs.

Where did you get the 2 link ladders for the front tires? Looks great!

Love that chainsaw mount. And as far as having your ROPS down who cares! Your tractor, you do whatever you want.

Hi,
About 30 degrees. As for the ROP... uh well it doesn't fit in my garage. Don't worry I never wear my seat belt. :)

Out of town this week but I'll try to remember. It's homemade and attaches to the loader frame, sort of cobbled together but does the job.

I never wear mine either. :) Good thing there is no safety interlock requiring the seat belt to be on, I would have to bypass it.
