I just got my new JD 2305 today. The options I have are a 200CX FEL, a 54C MMM, rear wheel weights and an extra set of mower blades. I went out back to the compost pile and turned it over a little and tried the mower deck out on the yard (WHAT A GREAT MACHINE) all while I was in a light rain. I then hosed off the dirt and went in the gargage and removed the loader and put it back on, my first try and it only took about a minute to do each way but I did not removing the hoses. All I can say is WOW!!! I am looking for any pictures of the power flow grass catcher and a snow blade setup now, does anyone have any pictures of these two items for the 2305 yet. My dealer does not have them in stock and I would like to see them before ordering them. I would love to find a dump catcher like some of the zero turn mowers have, any ideas???

Congrats!!!... you're gonna love it. Take a look at the 54" snowplow/quick-hitch set-up, it works great and has 4-way hydraulics. Good luck!

I am going to order the snow blade and hitch soon, I thought I would try the loader with the white stuff first. I also would like to get the bagger for grass and leaves. Has anyone seen a dump catcher for the JD 2305's like the zero turns sometimes have?

Congrads, If you are considering a front blade you might get that ordered immediately, don't know your dealer, but I waited 6-weeks for one. FYI... Here is what you can expect for looks of a blade and bagger.

Gunmaker,
I didn't see the JD tooth bar as an option. Do you have a part number? Ball park costfigure?

thanks

Rob,

The Markham Welding toothbar will run you ~ $300 with freight. Turns the tractor into a digging machine!

Thanks JD, I'll check it out.

The JD toothbar is not listed as an option for the 2000 series, but if you have the 61" bucket on your FEL, then you can have the toothbar for the 3000 series/61" bucket installed. The JD toothbar works great for me, but there are many other quality options available too. It was $300 installed by the dealer.
