Now that you are breaking it in and needing something to fix and paint that's no longer a n00b.

You must have gotten the pins straightened out on the grinder too? Pipe and a big hammer?

Only that they all happened TODAY!

I took a grunch of pics, I will add them to a couple of the approriate threads. I managed 23 stumps today, 50 for the week. I'm ready (pretty much) to start building the wooden fence for the South Pasture, as well as build the run-in shed and "night pasture" 40' x 40' area and I an mostly ready to expand the tempoorary pasture to include more grass.

I'm thinking about paying my dealer to do the 100 hour service... I'm at 101 and it will roll to 102 any second...

100 hour is not bad, it was the 50 that gives Kioti a bad name. The filter will come off easy this time, of course you will have to get out of the air conditioned cab:laughing:

Nope. I just hooked it up and started using it. My dealer is likely to do the 100 hr service next week, he said he'd look at it for me...

I typically plan to do the services myself, but... I'm thinking peace of mind might be worth the price...

Well David, you could just turn the pins around hook up again and let it work it out on its own Ha ha.

I understand and it makes sense having the dealer do the 100 hr if its under warranty - I had the dealer do my 50 hr for $375 including PU/Dely so not a bad deal, but by the time I got to 300 it was long out of warranty so I just got the fluids and did it. The 300 hr change was $300 in fluids and filters with 7 Gal SUDT and $$ Kubota filters.

Like they say penny wise pound foolish on some things..

David, if you're just at 102 hours do you not have another 48 hours before you need to do the 100 hour interval service? That is, you did a 50 hour service and the next oil and filter change is specified for 100 "run hour"s. So the oil and filter should be changed at 150 hours.

Of course there is minor servicing and checks required at 50 run hours such as wheel torquing, brake free play, etc. And loader bolts should be torqued every 25 hours.

At least that's how I read my DK35/40/45/50 manual and is what I've been following for my machine.
