I Have a Kabota BX2660 with front loader and need a snow plow for it, open to ideas

Ideas for snow plow for either Kabota BX2660 or Kabota RTV500

Do you have quick attach on the loader? You could get a blade on a ssqa mount. Or for a lot less $ You can get a back blade. We've used one for years on our 8n for snow removal. Now on the Kubota it works GREAT, and the loader on the front is a perfect compliment for pushing piles around.

Kubota sells them. There is also a company called BX-Expanded that sells add on snow plows. They make quality stuff.

I bit the bullet and bought the front quick hitch for my b2620. I adapted a truck plow that I got for free to it. This way if I find a deal that I can't refuse on a front blower I'm ready to go. It also makes it nice and compact.

I put a Warn 5' plow on my Honda ATV. You need a winch installed to raise and lower it though. It might be an option for your RTV

I was looking to do the same think on mine, but after finding a used plow blade and looking into the cost of making the mount...
I realized i could put a brand new Rear Blade on just for the cost of the used plow blade and then I could both, plow with the rear blade and move snow piles with the bucket.

FYI...there is a used 7.5' Fisher Plow for sale here in VT $300

Rear blades work pretty well, and are fine if you have a loader too. They are available used for a reasonable price. I recommend doing most of your plowing going forward. People see that the blade goes on the back and think they're supposed to go backwards. That's not how it's designed to be used primarily. Sure you can do it, but they are faster going forward and less likely to break pins.
