Was moving some mulch chippings onto one of our old log road/trails today, when all of a sudden, I had hydraulic fluid spewing everywhere! I was in a wide open section, so I know I didn't hit anything. Not sure what to think.

I'm guessing a weld broke loose or some such, as I checked the quick-connects and the bolt, and nothing was coming out of those.

It appeared to be coming out where I have the arrows.

Called my dealer (5:00 pm on a Friday holiday), and he's gonna try to track down a mechanic for me. Would be great to get her fixed this weekend, but they're not usually open on weekends, so I'm not holding out too much hope. I can wait 'til next week, I reckon.

I'm assuming this is covered under my warranty. Only got 20 hours on it.

:(:(

Did you re-tighten the bolt that holds the line on. Check the torque for that bolt in your manual.

Yessir. I couldn't find the torque specs in the manual, but it was a tad loose so I tightened it a bit.

Was able to get another look at it Saturday, and it appears it might be a seal went bad.

Talked to my dealer this morning, he is going to come pick it up tomorrow. I am very appreciative of him doing this for me, as I currently have no way to get it to him myself.

Had an o-ring blow out (where the top arrow is). That was it. Probably could have fixed it myself, but better safe than sorry. Especially since it's under warranty.

My dealer came and picked it up, and had it back at my place before I was home from work! No charge at all. I couldn't be happier!

The title of your post reminds me of an old guy who called up his friend and said, "I got a leak in my sink" and his friend said, "Go ahead."
Heard that when I was doing some plumbing one day.
