I bought my very first orange thing ever. An 02 B2910 w/ FEL. mower is being purchased this weekend as is a 5' box blade. I want to thank everyone on this forum for entertaining my questions. I bring it home on Friday. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I also see you are a pretty smart girl and didn't get the mid mount mower. A rear mount will work better. I'll probably get a lot of flak over this, but Kubota's mid mount mowers lack ground clearance when in the transport position. They cut the grass very nicely, they just won't clear a cigarette butt laying on the driveway. Besides, the bigger ones are a real pain in the back (literally) to get on and off.

Ponygirl, I hope your RFM is a 72 inch. The mistake I made was buying a 60" with my B2910...not enough overhang beyond the back wheels to cut close to things easily.

Enjoy that tractor...they are nice, hard working machines...

Because my wife, Amy raises Percheron Draft Horses, maybe I should put her on this site and call her "Draft Wife"?
