I finally bought my tractor!

My new Kioti DK45S arrived today. The tractor is great so far. I spent the entire day on it. I'm down to 1/4 tank of fuel and 8 hours clocked. I enjoyed every minute of it. There is a bit of getting used to with the machine especially for someone who hasn't driven one in a while. I can't count how many times I grabbed the loader stick after hitting the clutch and tried to shift it.

After only one day I know that I will be needing a thumb for the backhoe and some hooks for the loader. My lack of experience operating the loader had me getting out of the cab to often to push things into the bucket. O well........ all part of the fun I say.

that's a darn nice setup........

the only tractor i ever test drove new was a dk35 hydro......it felt much bigger than my tc45....i think because of the hood...

that cab is VERY nice.......i've been thinking about one of them.....but, of course, that would mean a new tractor i'm just scared to take a cabbed tractor in to the woods....but it would sure be nice while hogging or pushing snow on a driveway over a 1/4 mile .....

yep, great looking tractors......i've always thought kioti had one of the best looking ones

Welcome to the pack and congrats. If your Kioti is like my CK30. I would not trust that fuel gauge just yet. When mine says 1/4. It is about out of fuel. I found this out when it took so long to get to the 1/4 mark.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I forgot to mention that I got a woods snowblower and a kioti finish mower with it. I'm looking forward to trying both of them out also.

Very nice tractor Woodworker, That dk45s is a fine looking tractor. I see a few 45s doing all the highway brush hogging by me in the Albany Ny area . I always slow down to check them out.. If i ever upgrade from the Ck30 , thats probably my next choice.. But my 30 is a little workhorse as well. Welcome to the pack..
