I don't like having to go back through the whole tread.

The website upgrade yesterday, now means that if I click on a thread that I am following, it starts at the first post. It is a PITA, to click to the last page each time. I don't know how to get to the moderator to complain. Is it just me, or other people having the same problem.

Muhammad (site owner) upgraded to the latest version of VBulletin software. Now there is a blue circle next to a thread name. Click the blue dot and it will take you to 'First Unread'. This VB feature appears on most all VB-based forums and has become the expected default.

He looks real busy getting things working smoothly but he's doing a good job of it.

If one has a question or feedback for the site owners, they would be well advised to visit the "News/Feedback" forum. There are currently at least a half dozen threads on the various changes made with the recent upgrade and you will get a response much quicker by posting over there than by posting in the Yanmar forum...

Just click on the little blue arrows right in front of the thread title

Far as I can tell the little blue arrow takes one to the "Last Post" Click on a thread and then in the gray bar just above the top post, there is a "View First Unread" - try clicking on that.
