I am doing a documentary....

But I need a title for it. I don't know if any of you guys get IFC or the Independent Film Channel, but if I can do a good enough job on it I may submit it to their hometown films showcase.

I have so far, gotten footage of Jenifer Lopez, and the other swine and the pasture dogs, and Jill and Jenny and Paul and Kurt and oh all kinds of other stuff around town. This is going to be a blast. I still have tons of stuff to do, I want to get Jake and his best friend Jamie in one of their classic conversations and maybe a hog hunt, and some footage of the oranges being picked, and Lord knows what all else I can videotape that would give someone some insight into what it's like to live in Hardee County.

Yesterday Jenny and I were coming back from town and noticed the marqee at the elementary school. This is what it said...

SEPTEMBER 29 IS FAMIYL LITERACY NIGHT!
CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER! BE THERE!

Jenny looked at me and said, mom, isn't spelling part of literacy? They had mispelled 'family'. It was too ironic for words. That's Wauchula. We are FUBAR. We got it on tape. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Cindi, we recently canceled our Direct TV, because we have no time to watch TV, but one of the few things we ever watched was IFC. Rich, The thing I love about IFC is the little one hour filmettes that really have no plot, they just tend to ramble.
