HyReach Clipper for a tracked skid steer.

I am considering purchasing a HyReach Clipper made by Precision Manufacturing (Sedalia, MO) to mount on our tracked skid steer. I'd like to be able to clip overgrown Eastern Red Cedar limbs that are hanging over fences as well as clip trees at ground level. Do any of you have any experience with this clipper, or similar models? Thanks.
