Hydraulics seized up in my Woods Mower

My husband and I have a Woods Mow Machine Model 6215, Riding lawn mower. while mowing backwards it suddenly stopped and the left side seized up and it won't go forward or backward. Well this rots. There is no warrenty, we would like to know if anyone has any info on why this may have happened and what do we do next. We have a dairy farm and he usually fixes all his tractors unless they are too big of a job. sooo confused need help please.thanks terrianne

possible broken axle or busted hydrolic motor. Had a axle go on my Woods 6180 once.
