Hydraulics leak down Jinma 284

I have a Jinma 284 (Agtraxx). Both the 3PH and the front end loader leak down, with or without load, with the engine running or killed. I just bought this tractor and I believe it is around a 2002 model. The engine also has to be at 1/2 throttle for the hydraulics to work. Any suggestins on what could be the problem.

You definitely have some leakage somewhere. Pump maybe worn out. Cyl's might be leaking internally, etc

When the FEL valve levers are in neutral, the cyl fluid is supposed to hold, same with the 3pt cyl. 0-rings, cyl seals, etc.

Sounds like you have may have two separate problems.

Loader leak down = Loader control valve and or bad lift or bucket cylinders.

3 Point leak down= The lift piston seal may be bad and or 3 point control valve.

Thanks for all the help. I will be working on this weekend and will update. I know the fluid exits the pump, goes through a diverter valve (diverts to power steering slave unit when needed), then branches to the 3PH and FEL. The only thing that makes sense to me is that the cylinders are bypassing but this is my first Chinese tractor and since both are leaking, I didn't know if there could be another problem before ordering seal kits for three cylinders.
