I've got a Bolt-on-grapple on my 723 FEL Bucket and wondering if I can just switch the hydraulic lines at the Rear Remote? Grapple currently closes when I pull the lever back, would like to have it open when I pull the lever back and close when I push it forward. I know very little about hydraulics, and didn't know if switching the lines would help or if it would goof something up.

You should be able to just switch the lines to change the direction of the cylinder movement. Are you lines hooked up with Quick Disconnects?

Swap the lines and it will work the way that you want it to. If one line is male and the other female, it might be easier to remove the lines at the cylinder and make the swap there than to try to remove the quick disconnects...

If you have rear QDs. Pressure is out on the right hand, looking from rear, when pushing the lever forward. This is nassuming you have the factory remotes.

Thanks all for the info. Have been off-line for a while. Keep my tractor at the camp, so will try the hose switch out there.
