This may seem like a dumb question. But I always felt the only bumb question was one not asked. My Hydraulics on the tractor seem to be getting weaker /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. I'm due to change the fluid anyways. (First 120 hours are on it finally /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif) Could the oil be the problem? A friend at work mentioned that there may be condinsation in the fluid. But I'm not sure. Still have 2.5 years left on the warranty. But I hate to be without it for the time it may take.

The only time my hydraulics got weak was because a leak had caused to the fluid to be low. Check your level, if low, check for leaks.

Check the fluid to see if it looks milky, that would indicate moisture in the system, which is not that likely, but possible.

Always checking the fluid level before operating is a good idea.

Also, if you're operating at different RPM you'll notice a difference in performance. Try using the same RPM each time to see if you still feel it's weak.

Suggest you check the fluid level and change the hyd filter or clean the screen (if that's what it has). Sounds like not enough fluid getting thru to the pump fast enough. Bobg in VA

Fluid level is good. Figured on changing the filter and fluid this weekend. (If it stops raining for 20 minutes!) /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Looks clear. Nothing milky It does still have the factory fluid in it. Tried the different RPM ranges. That does help. Especially with the backhoe. So if I can get past the sagging issue. I'll be happier. Used to take a month or so before the backhoe would start to lower itself. Now it does it the next morning. Goes to the ground within a day. Perks right back up when you pull the levers. But there seems to be alot of slop in the cylinders until it does. (Can swing the bucket about 6" back and forth until you run it back and forth). Acts Like I do in the morning where you have to stretch the joints before you can even lift your coffee cup! /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
