Just picked up this RB850-4 ($1000) and trying to get her hooked up to my hydraulics (3910). Having a hard time getting this male to seat/lock in the female on the tractor. This will be the first time using the AUX hydros since purchasing the tractor years ago. I also picked up some new Pioneer connectors and they look to be the same dimensions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

After checking out the female, definitely not flush face.

Your existing male is ISO 5675 Are you releasing all pressure ? With engine off, move the tractor controls, Take fitting loose from implement. Heating of trapped fluid will build pressure. Or tap the fitting center with a soft faced hammer.
