hydraulic motor chute rotation on a bx24

Anyone have any thoughts as to why my hydraulic motor that I am trying to install for my chute rotation on blower only goes one way when connected to the left right of the stick for my FEL. When I connect to the up down on the stick I get perfect rotation-so I now know it is not the pump...

Yes, that is the reason...but to clarify things for the OP take a look at THIS thread where I detailed the issue, and also reference a good read on the subject.

There are always LOTS of threads like this around this time of the year! Search the term "regen" for more threads to read.

The long and short of it is you have to push the joystick further to the right past the detent...

The regen was indeed the problem. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. At the end of the day did anyone decide what was the best solution? What is the easiest way to limit the speed of the rotation if I have to jam my stick right and cannot feather it like I can when I go left. I have not had time to work through all the threads on it yet- just the Kennyd one.

Unfortunatly, I don't think there is a "solution". This is something Kubota does backwards IMHO. Learn to love it

An adjustable in-line flow restrictor is the best way to adjust and "fine-tune" the speed to your liking. Take a look at this link: Surplus Center
