99% of the problem was miscommunication (for which I am at the very least partly to blame).
Ken Hutchinson went above and beyond making sure everything was made right and I can tell you quite honestly I would deal with them again.

I never had any doubt that these folks would make it right by you. I have always been pleased with them in the past.

Avoid hydraulichosefittings.com at all costs. I sent in an order over a month ago and got an email saying order was being processed. Called five times, emailed six times, never got a response or reply. Finally cancelled order after waiting a month. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.
