Hydraulic hookup on Kubota

I have almost finished building a backhoe for my b6200hts w/front loader, and am wondering if the filter in the tractor hydro would be good enough to filter the new hoe cylinders or should I install an auxillary filter just to be sure. I'm going to hook it on the three point hitch.

Thanks for the reply, will just go with the tractor hydraulic filter system for the backhoe. One other question, can you use one end of a quick connector with a different brand of another, such as a female "PIONEER" with a male "SAFEWAY HYDRAULICS" when they seam to connect together???
