hydraulic for sickle bar

I have a Kubota with a bucket and digger. I bought an old ford 501 sickle bar. Is it possible to add a cylinder to lift the bar. How difficult and expensive? I modified the sickle bar to work on my Kabota.

It CAN be done within limits but it's going to be a custom job.
