I have hydraulic fluid leaking and I believe it is coming from the pin hole in the reservoir fill cap. I noticed the hole when I tried to figure out where the leak was coming from. Has anyone else every had something like this happen. It squirts out every few minutes not a steady stream. I did recently drain the hyd. tank and unhook the lines. I don't know if air in the system is the cause or something else. Do these systems need to be bled like brakes?

No, they do not need to be bled, they are self bleeding.
The only time I have seen oil squirt out that hole is when the tank is over filled. The oil level should be down about 3", there is a ring of holes in the filler neck that you can see, if it is not over filled. If you can't see the ring of holes, it is too full.

I have a ym2000 and had the same problem. I found that the case vent was clogged. It is on top of the diff. case under the seat, a +-1/4" pipe bent in a U shape. Just turn counter clock wise to remove and cleared the clog.

Hope this helps.
