hydraulic fittings

I have hydraulic hoses that have 3/8" but my cylinders have 3/8"npt fittings. Are there adapters to make these fit and if so what would I look for. I'm lost with this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff.

I think you need an NPT to JIC adapter. Google "npt to jic" and you'll get lots of hits.

Tractor Supply Co or any Fleet & Farm, or Napa store in farm country should be well stocked with such adaptors.
