Good morning, can or would someone be so kind as to give me the measurement from the tip of the dip-stick to where the collar touches the tube? The one I have has broke lose and was going to buy another but after see-ing the price on the ones that I did find realized this is why I know how to weld. Anywhere from $30-$54, I am in the wrong business. Many thanks in advance for any help with this small problem.
FYI; I'm sure many of you have read as I have in manuals if you fill the crankcase with diesel do not start the engine of the tractor. I'll bet many of you do as I do and start the engine. My reason for doing so is because you
won't get all the diesel out if you don't (you're not going to get every drop out anyway) I do this when cleaning a
contaminated hyd. system. I thought this may be helpful to some of the newer DIY'ers.
Alright, I'm out, and a great day to all.
:drink:Good morning ladies and gents. Its been awhile since I've logged in on the site (mainly because I can't leave because of all the interesting reading) but know I can get some straight up answers here. Can or would someone please tell me the measurement from the tip of the hydraulic dip stick to where the collar touches the
tube?
