I have an older 30hp Kubota with an aftermarket FEL that is driving me batty--the cylinders that control the curl of the bucket keep going out completely or intermittently----by that I mean that the bucket will act as though one of the seals is bad but it seems to fix itself later---I have replaced seals numerous times before I noticed that with continued use it seemed to fix itself---I would appreciate any feedback that would help me understand this problem.

Maybe the rod is bent, or has a bur on it, or pitted, or cyl is bulged, and, or you are using poor seals.

Did you teat the cyl by applying pressure with say the rod end port hose off.

You are talking about cyl drift , correct.

Can the cyl cause relief pressure to activate?
