I have a grapple bucket(single lid) on my B2650 and all was fine until I picked up some crossties the other day.The grapple would touch when you closed the lid before. Now there is a 1 3/4 gap.I took the quick coupler ends off hoping there might be some trapped air in the lines.Nothing changed.I pulled the pin on the cylinder just to make sure the lid would close all the way.It did so the problem is in the cylinder.Any suggestions on what would cause it not to close all the way.

Talked to the manufacturer of the grappel this morning. They said to loosen the end on the shaft and turn it a couple of rounds. They said they had run into this before but couldn't explain why it happened.Adjusted it and works fine now.
