Does anyone use something like Armorall on their hoses?

No. I don’t see the point. Make them last longer?

The best way to make anything last longer is to park it inside. So put your tractor in the barn when not in use and that will be adequate.

Does Armor All help protect rubber from UV deterioration? That would be the only benefit I could see unless trying to polish for show tractor.

Don't know about ArmorAll, but ProtectAll does provide UV protection to rubber and plastics. I use it on practically all non cloth surfaces.

I think a better option would be to cover the hoses with those protective sleeves for hydraulic hoses.

Time consuming and a bit messy to install, sure, but would provide another layer of protection against UV and to the operator from a shower of hydraulic fluid in case of an hose burst.
