I looked through the forums and I either I didn't get the right combination of search criteria, or it's not here.

I have a Raptor that's about 4 months old. It runs really nice. I don't have much to complain with it.

However, there are a few issues I find odd and would like to fix

First, when I put the sticks full forward, it will go full speed ahead, but slightly drift to the left. I have to pull the right stick back slightly to adjust direction. When I do this, it slows down noticeably (which could be 1mph as it does max of 7). Is there an adjustment somewhere to fix this? I can't find anything in the manual about it.

Another issue is it seems that when I get into mushy area, the side you "think" would stop moving, doesn't. What I mean is, it seems like the tire that would have better purchase, just stops, and the other side will start to spin. If I throw both sticks forward, I can sometimes get it to lurch forward. Other times, it just starts spinning.

And another is, I can be moving along, and one of the front tires will hit a soft spot or hill and it's like the mower is attracted to it and gets sucked into the soft spot. I have to put the ZT in reverse out of it. Is this normal, or am I just not steering correctly or what?

Thanks,
Kori

On your tracking issue, the linkage between the sticks and the motors is adjustable, it sounds like the left side needs to be adjusted to go a little faster (especially if the right side is slower when going full speed in reverse).

I suspect that your tires spinning issues is perhaps that there is one pump feeding both motors so it sends more fluid to the one that can use it easier. What happens if you have the stuck side at half speed and the side on firm ground at full speed, rather than both sticks all the way forward?

I'm getting sucked over, my guess would be either it's related to your spinning tire issue, or your tires don't have very good traction and so they can slide a little when one of the front tires starts to hang in the soft spot.

Thanks Aaron.
The Raptor actually has two pumps (I guess you would say). There's a hydrotrans on each side with a belt to each. Each one is fluidly independent.

I will see if there's an adjustment screw. I recently had to replace the gas tank (it had a pressure crack. fortunately it's all still under warranty), so I now know it's easy to take the shrouding off to do work.
