Husqvarna YTH1542XP with Kawasaki engine - need help getting carb

Hi All,

Working on this Husqvarna lawn tractor that will run on starting fluid, has fuel coming To the carb, but, won't run on it's own. Feeling like a new carb (or cleaned/rebuilt one) will solve the issue.

But can't for the life of me find the carb on line. Engine number: YKAX4942CA.

Carb is a Mikuni but can't see any numbers on it. Pictures attached.

If anyone can help me locate a new/replacement or even rebuild kit, I'd be grateful.

A Google search shows that your engine number could be a FH430V If you cannot find the engine number tag on the shroud, try parts searching via the product number from under the seat for the most accurate results. Usually it begins with a 9. It may need cleaning or that the little solenoid on the bottom isn't working, isn't being supplied power etc. Me I would verify that the solenoid works and clean the main in the stem of the carb, inspect the float valve etc. There isn't much else in these and you likely won't need parts.
